A minimum of a 75 psi pressure pulse is required to fire the MICROBLASTER ll reliably. Do not operate from pressure sources above 150 psi! Your MICROBLASTER ll can be fired by a number of pressure sources including, but not limited to, the following:
-portable air tank (min 5 gal)
-regulated output CO2 cylinder (150 psi max)
The durable molded case measured 15” x 12” x 6” and contains the Micro Blaster ll, a bore brush and bulb blower (for cleaning drilled holes), 2 tapered pins (for wedging apart cracked material), a CO2 bicycle inflator (for pressurizing the system) and instructions for safe use.
Micro Blaster ll x 3 heads
Our most popular version, the Micro Blaster ll x 3 head kit contains 3MICROBLASTER ll heads and a 3 way manifold/valve assembly to allow the simultaneous triggering of 1, 2 or 3 heads.

Air Tank
When charged with 120 psi of air, unit will reliably trigger three MICROBLASTER ll Heads simultaneously. Easily recharged in the field with a Bicycle Tire Pump between shots and provides extreme portability for working in remote areas.

16” & 12” Drill Bits
Many of our customers have had problems finding the proper 5/16" drill bits for their MICROBLASTER Systems. We now stock 2 models which will produce the required holes. The shorter of the 2 models shown above will drill up to 12" deep holes for double cartridge shots and is marked with a red stripe at 10" from the tip for single cartridge shots. The longer bit pictured has the capability of drilling up to 16" deep which will allow users the option of using 1, 2, 3, or up to 4 cartridges per shot. This bit also has a longer lasting carbide tip which should give excellent service in even the hardest materials.
